STIMME CORPORATE CHALLENGE 2019 in Heilbronn

On July 15, 2019, the annual STIMME CORPORATE CHALLENGE was held for the eleventh time in Heilbronn, Germany. Due to the extreme heat wave, the distance was shortened from 5.75 km to 4.8 km to ensure the well-being of the more than 7,000 registered runners.

Despite the high temperatures, the number of participants at the Franken Stadium start and finish lines was quite impressive. Hänel Precision Gears competed with two men’s teams, while Hänel Office and Industrial Storage Systems had three mixed teams at the event.

Gears Team No. 1 finished the race in 97th place. A total of 587 men’s teams were registered for the competition. Of the 816 mixed teams registered, it was the Hänel Storage Team No. 1 that crossed the finish line in 112th place.

Once again our employees demonstrated that they are not only top performers at work, but also when it comes to athletic competitiveness and team spirit.
